Do you accept walk ins?

In order to provide my clients with exceptional, prompt service, all appointments must be booked online at FadedUGrooming.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash App via account $Fadedugrooming, cash and payment via FadedUGrooming.com once appointment is booked (or after service).

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes. Deposits start at 50% depending on the type of service booked. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

What happens if I am late or need to cancel?

Cancellations must be done within 24 hours.

No call no show will be charged 100% of service.

If you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time, you will be charged an additional $10.

Arrivals 15 minutes after your appointment time are considered a no call no show and you will not be serviced and subsequently charged 100% of the service.

Do you offer mobile service?

Mobile service is offered at our discretion for an additional fee.

What if I need an appointment outside of your normal business hours?

Appointments outside of normal business hours are offered at our discretion for an additional fee.

Do you offer services on holidays?

Holiday appointments are offered at our discretion for an additional fee.
