POLICIES

LATE CANCELLATION:
Clients must cancel their appointments up to 24 hours of the appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW:
After being 10 Minutes late for an appointment, a $5 fee will be charged.

After being 15 minutes late, it will be considered as a NO CALL/NO SHOW and 100% of the price of the service will be charged.

 

PRE PAYMENT:
In the event a client decides to pay in advance for an appointment & needs a refund due to an early cancellation, a 10% inconvenience fee will occur (not including tip).

 

SAME DAY RESCHEDULING:
In the event a client needs to reschedule their appointment for a earlier/later time a $10 fee will occur.

If a client picks the incorrect service, if time permits, the service will be changed & charged the correct amount.

 

NO CHILDREN UNLESS BEING SERVICED
